The Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) programme was organised at Memandar Chanpora in Shopian by the BJP Unit Shopian, aiming to create awareness about government initiatives focused on rural employment generation and sustainable livelihoods.
The programme witnessed the participation of local BJP leaders, party workers, and residents of the area, who were briefed about various central government schemes designed to strengthen rural economy, promote self-employment, and improve income opportunities for villagers.

Special focus was laid on schemes related to Rozgar (employment) and Ajeevika (livelihood), particularly those targeting rural households.
Addressing the gathering, BJP leaders said that the objective of the programme was to ensure that the benefits of government welfare schemes reach the grassroots level. They urged people to actively enrol in eligible schemes and make use of opportunities related to self-help groups, skill training, and rural enterprises.
